Debi is a seasoned social worker with over 20 years of experience in mental health and human services. Her background includes work in homeless and community support services, home care and hospice, and inpatient psychiatric care. Since 2015, she has served as an outpatient therapist, providing compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Debi specializes in working with adults who have a history of trauma, substance use, and personality disorders. She offers a compassionate, inclusive approach to care, creating a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel empowered to seek the support they deserve. Her work emphasizes cultivating self-awareness, fostering self-accountability, and building practical tools for long-term growth.
Debi holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and both a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Debi’s therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy, and Multi-Modal Therapy.

Alexis is a passionate mental health professional who enjoys helping her clients find their way to a better life. Tahnee is a compassionate mental health practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in school-based mental health and human services. She spent 17 years as an elementary school counselor and served for over nine years on the Millard Public Schools Crisis Team. Her eight years as a 6th-grade educator further deepened her insight into the academic, social, and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
Tahnee specializes in supporting children, teens, and young adults (ages 4–25) through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, executive functioning difficulties, high-functioning autism, grief, divorce, behavioral and social concerns, and twice-exceptional (2E) needs. She is recognized for her attention to detail and her compassionate, client-centered approach to managing complex administrative tasks. Megan excels at identifying challenges, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining a thoughtful, organized workflow from beginning to end.
