Debi Pittock, LICSW
Clinic Director
Debi is a seasoned social worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and human services field. She has an extensive background working in homeless and community support services, homecare and hospice, and inpatient psychiatric settings. Since 2015, she has been serving as an outpatient therapist, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to adults.
Debi holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and both a Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
She specializes in working with adults who have a history of trauma, substance use, and personality disorders. Her therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Ego State Therapy, and Multi-Modal Therapy.
Debi is passionate about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health, empowering her clients to reach their goals, and mentoring the next generation of therapists.

Alexis Koch, PLCSW
Therapist
Alexis is a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a background in social work and a strong focus on client-centered care. She earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and has three years of experience in the mental health field, including two years as a practicing therapist.
Alexis specializes in working with individuals ages 15 to 50, supporting those navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship and peer challenges, and major life transitions. She is particularly passionate about working with teens and young adults, helping them explore their identities, build resilience, and uncover their inner strengths.
Her therapeutic approach integrates a variety of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and both Client-Centered and Solution-Focused therapies. Bob Davis, PLMHP

Bob brings 28 years of experience in behavioral health, working with teens, adults, and families to navigate life’s challenges. His work focuses on helping clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Bob earned his Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University. Though newer to his current role, he brings a wealth of real-world experience and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, and Person-Centered therapies.
He works with individuals facing depression, anxiety, grief, anger, behavioral and school-related issues, parenting concerns, stress, divorce, and substance use. Bob’s approach is rooted in connection, empathy, authenticity, and trust—creating a safe space for clients to heal and grow.

Cayci Ferris, PLCSW
Therapist
Cayci is a compassionate mental health professional with a background in both social work and healthcare. She has been in the human services field for three years and brings nine years of experience helping people navigate healthcare systems. Most recently, she worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement discharge plans for patients, ensuring they had the support they needed beyond the hospital setting.
She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Cayci currently works with individuals ages 13 to 70, supporting them through challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and stress. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and individual-focused care to help clients build resilience and improve emotional well-being.

I hold a master's degree in counseling from Doane College and a Doctorate in Psychology from California Southern University. I tailor each session to the unique needs of my clients.

Genevieve works with both adults and adolescents, specializing in individuals who have a history of trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and substance use challenges. Larissa Allison, LIMHP

Larissa is a compassionate and client-centered therapist with over 10 years of experience in human services and 5 years working in mental health. She has a strong background in community care, including her work with SMPI, and has spent the past two years supporting individuals and couples through therapy.
Larissa earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. She works with individuals ages 13 to 65, with a focus on those living with trauma, personality disorders, or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), as well as couples navigating relationship challenges.
She integrates multiple evidence-based modalities into her work, including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and MMT. Her approach is rooted in meeting clients where they are, honoring their individuality, and working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.

Sam brings 20 years of experience in the human services field and 13 years as a fully licensed clinician. Sam's background includes positions in a number of settings, including an emergency room/hospital setting, community based mental health with a focus on Severe and Persistent mental illness and work in private practice.
Sam earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and his Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha
Sam believes in an eclectic approach to therapy, tailored to each individual's needs. Sam is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and incorporates elements of CBT, DCT and motivational interviewing, as well a strengths based approach.

Tahnee Horn, PLMHP

Tahnee brings nearly two decades of experience in school mental health and human services. With a strong foundation in education and student support, she spent 17 years in Student Services, including roles as an elementary school counselor across two buildings and a valued member of the Millard Public Schools Crisis Team for over nine years. Prior to that, she taught 6th grade for eight years, giving her a deep understanding of the academic and emotional needs of children and adolescents.
Tahnee earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Psychology from Creighton University. She holds two master’s degrees from the University of Nebraska at Omaha—one in Elementary Education and one in Elementary School Counseling—as well as participation in the CADRE program.
She specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults (ages 4 to 25), addressing a wide range of concerns including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, executive functioning, high-functioning autism, grief, divorce, behavioral and social issues, and twice-exceptional (2E) needs. She also supports parents and families navigating school-related challenges and developmental transitions.
Tahnee utilizes a variety of evidence-based approaches, including MMT, CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Play and Art Therapies, Client-Centered, and Solution-Focused techniques. Rasha brings over 24 years of experience in the human services field, with a focus on therapy for the past 17 years. Throughout her career, she had the opportunity to serve in a wide range of settings, including residential treatment, in-home services, outpatient care, hospital settings, private practice, and graduate-level programs.
Rasha holds a Master of Science in Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) and specializes in client-centered, trauma-informed care. Her therapeutic approach incorporates evidence-based modalities such as EMDR and DBT.
Rasha works with individuals ages four and up and is passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and build resilience.
Originally born in India, Rasha moved to Omaha at the age of 9. She values a holistic lifestyle and integrates practices such as meditation and yoga into my daily routine. She also recently embarked on a creative journey as a novelist.

She joins us with an educational background in Human Services, with her primary focus on Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Studies.
Megan brings seven years of experience in administrative leadership roles within the human services sector. She is recognized for her attention to detail and her compassionate, client-centered approach to managing complex administrative tasks. Megan excels at identifying challenges, implementing effective solutions, and maintaining a thoughtful, organized workflow from beginning to end.
She firmly believes that solution-focused approaches to life’s challenges foster resilience and contribute significantly to overall well-being and mental health. Megan is deeply committed to fostering empathy, inclusiveness, and authenticity—empowering others and actively working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
